If you plan to connect to Frame One while traveling (and we hope you do!), consider the following before you head out.
- If your plans involve travel to another country, Contact Support to prevent interruptions to your connection
- Gather information about your internet connection options when possible. Factors like speed, type (E.g. cable, satellite,) and location will all affect performance. If you will have direct access to a router or ethernet port where you are staying, pack a long enough cable (plus any adapters you need for your computer to connect) for the best experience possible.
- If it's been a while since you've last updated PCoIP Client, it never hurts to run our latest installer. You can find download links and instructions on this page.
