Missing Audio After a Zoom/Evercast Screening

If you just screened in Premiere, but now can't hear audio from your workstation afterward, you most likely need to switch your audio device back to Adobe Desktop Audio. 

  1. In Premiere, use the toolbar menu to select Edit > Preferences > Playback...
  2. Use the Audio Device menu to switch from NDI Output to Adobe Desktop Audio

If your settings are correct, but you are still having trouble hearing, reach out to Frame One Support!
