Change an Expiring Password
If your workstation indicates that your password is about to expire, Windows or PCoIP Client will prompt you to change it. Instead of using PCoIP Client or your workstation, visit the login site associated with your project.
- If your PCoIP connection address is labeled "Frame One New York City" visit login.frameone.com.
Your username is not your email address
Check PCoIP client if you are unsure of your username.
